Is My Teen a Candidate for the 21st CCLC Boot Camp for Success? We accept students 12-17 years of age that reside within Walton County. The decision to place your child in a program can be very difficult and must be made carefully. It is, however, the difficult decisions that often yield life-changing results. If your child is on a self-destructive path, tough choices must be made to bring them back. ARE YOU DEALING WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING ISSUES WITH YOUR TEEN? □ Using Drugs/Alcohol □ Lack of Respect □ Hostility towards family □ Violence □ Skipping School □ Irresponsibility □ Lack of Motivation □ Low Self-Esteem □ Becoming Withdrawn □ Hanging out with the wrong crowd □ Unmanageable Behavior □ Depression □ Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder □ Overweight and poor physical condition
